We know that an efficient Customer Service becomes more and more important. Even customer service has become one of the main purchasing factors. Fast and reliable services, especially right after a purchase, are a great benefit to our customer. A reliable Customer Service has to contribute to a permanent improvement of your work or your life. This is why customer satisfaction is our highest priority and why we want to pass our knowledge and experience on to you.

30 Days Exchange or Return

If you are unhappy with your purchase you may send it back to us within 30 days if it was ordered from us directly. We will refund the purchase amount, minus any shipping costs. Please note the following:

*The item(s) must be returned in the original product packaging and in new condition.
* We will issue a credit to your bank account for the original purchase price (excluding the freight). All accepted exchanges will be processed and shipped within 1 to 2 weeks.
* If it is acceptable the return/exchange, you will be notified by our Customer Service staff via email or phone.
* we are not responsible for returns/exchanges lost in transit. We highly recommend using a traceable shipping service.

When you return or exchange please do following: Firstly, Send an email or Call our customer service department.Secondly, securely package your item for shipping. Include the following information inside your package: Your daytime phone number; Mailing address; E-mail address; exchange or return authorization number(got it from service staff). Thirdly, Shiping by a traceable shipping method to us.

1 Year Warranty

Here and always, we stand behind our products. Basically, our product is covered under a one year warranty against all manufacturer defects. If you encounter a problem, due to a defect in workmanship or materials, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to warranty against damage due to drops, falls,man-made damage or misuse. This includes operating counter to the user instructions, guidelines and tips. However, if you contact us with the details of your situation, we would be happy to provide replacement parts or a product replacement at a discounted price.

International Shipping

We are not responsible for damage or missing when customers utilize an third party company. Due to third party company opening and repacking shipments we cannot be liable for any items that are missing or damaged. Please contact your appointed company for reimbursement.

We offer shipping to most countries. We are using traceable international express companies. All orders are sent with duties unpaid and the transit time is about 3 to 10 days. The shipping freight is changing from time to time, so we can not give price chart but only follow their updates. Before your purchase, our staff will confirm with you after informed your ship to address. International customers may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Your charge from us includes only the cost of your item(s) and the cost of shipping. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be incurred by you. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate the cost (but it is typically a small percentage of the order total). We also identify all of our packages as merchandise (not gifts) in order to comply with customs regulations. Customs regulations vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office if you desire further information.
